So, what's your opinion on the move of the Romanian National Securities Commission?

It’s an interesting concept but I think that such a move may, among other things, complicate the participation of Romanian firms in the uniform auctioning system (where, according to the draft of the Regulation, auctions of spot will not trigger the requirements of the financial instruments regime). There may be also some doubts relating to the conformity with the MIFID Directive.
