The following terms and conditions are for use of the www.Emissions-EUETS.com website (the Site) which is owned by the Law Firm of Michał Głowacki (the Webmaster).
The Site is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you of this site constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This takes effect from the date on which you first use the Site.
The Site is directed to business and the services are rendered as business-to-business (B2B).
Most of the material featured on the Site is subject to copyright protection.
Where the material is being published, republished, copied or issued to others, the source of the material must be identified and the copyright status acknowledged.
The permission to reproduce copyright material does not extend to any material on the Site, which is identified as being the copyright of a third party. Authorisation to reproduce such material would need to be obtained from the copyright holders concerned.
We make effort to check material presented on the Site, but it is always wise for you to run an anti-virus program on all material downloaded from the Internet. We cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system which may occur whilst using material derived from the Site.

Comments on articles and advertisements
You may submit material for publication on parts of the Site, including comments on articles, and advertisements. We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us and we are not responsible for its content and accuracy.
The Webmaster may publish and make available to the public by any means any material that you submit, email or otherwise transmit to him or to the Site at his sole discretion and the Webmaster shall be entitled to make additions or deletions to any such material prior to publication or to refuse publication.
You hereby grant the Webmaster a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide license to republish any material you submit, email or otherwise transmit to it or to the Site in any format, including without limitation electronic format.
You warrant to the Webmaster that any material you submit to the Site is your own original work and that you own the copyright and any other relevant rights.
The following terms and conditions apply additionally to use of the Subscription Services (Subscription Services or Services) and the materials and information it contains (‘Materials’) by individual subscribers ('Subscribers), by employees duly authorised by an organisation which is a Subscriber or any other person authorised by Webmaster ('Authorised Users'). References to an Unauthorised Person mean any person who is not a Subscriber, or an Authorised User.
If you wish to receive access to the Subscription Services you will need to register with us.
We reserve the right to decline any application from you to register as a user of the Services in our sole discretion and, in the event that we decline your application, we will refund any prepaid fees paid expressly for your access. You will receive from us a username and password. We reserve the right to modify such or provide you with a username of our choice if, in our sole opinion, such username infringes or violates the rights of any person or third party or is defamatory, profane, offensive, confusing or is in any other way improper or inappropriate.
You agree that you will not impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use, or disclose your password or username to any other person, or allow your password or user name to be used by any other person to access the Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You will be responsible for use of the Site and/or Services via your username and so will be liable for breach by anyone using your password and/or username.
The Webmaster reserves the right to terminate your account (including your username and password) if any personal information is found to be untrue, inaccurate, out-of-date or incomplete.
Authorised Users and Subscribers acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Site and/or the Services shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or by our licensors.
Authorised Users and Subscribers acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Website and/or the Services are made available for your personal use only. Any other use of the material and content of the Website and/or the Services is strictly prohibited, save as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions.
Authorised Users and Subscribers may use the Service and the Materials for their own private or business research, and for this purpose may:
a. display the Materials on screen;
b. make printouts of items included in the Materials;
c. download and store in machine readable a single copy of insubstantial portions of the Materials primarily for one person’s exclusive use.
Users and Subscribers may not:
a. make multiple printouts or copies of Materials for distribution to Unauthorised Persons;
b. re-sell the Service or any part of the Materials to others;
c. make the Service or any Materials available to Unauthorised Persons on a local area network, a wide area network or on any intranet or extranet;
d. abstract, download, store, reproduce, transmit, display, copy, distribute or use the Materials other than as permitted above;
e. use the Service for any illegal purpose nor send or post or allow any posting of information which is defamatory or obscene or which violates the legal rights of others, nor use the Service to send any unsolicited promotional or advertising material, or any volume messages which may interfere with the provision of the Service or the enjoyment of the Service by other users.
Usernames and Passwords may not be made available to Unauthorised Persons for the purpose of using the Service. If we suspect that a username and password is being used by an Unauthorised Person we may cancel it.
Authorised Users and Subscribers acquire no proprietary interest in the Service or Materials and except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions and may not use the Service or the Materials in any way that infringes the intellectual property rights in them.
All payments must be made inclusive of value added tax or other similar tax where applicable. All payments must be made in full, without deduction or withholding.
The invoices are issued on demand of the Subscriber and are sent via an e-mail in the form of a pdf file.
The conditions for disclosing personal information
Be advised that if the Webmaster is requested by any regulatory or governmental authority, or upon receipt of a court order, or legitimate request by a third party in investigating illegal activities to provide information concerning your activities whilst using the Site and/or the Services the Webmaster must do so. Similarly, the Webmaster will disclose your personal information and data if he is compelled to do so by law. We reserve the right to notify or provide such information to the relevant authority or party if, in our sole opinion, we believe an emergency, illegal activity or some other reasonable basis exists for us to do so.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Poland.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
Each provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstance.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time) contain the entire agreement relating to the subject matter covered and supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, written or oral, in relation to such matters.
