'Demand Unit' means an indivisible set of installations containing equipment which can be actively controlled by a demand facility owner or by a Closed Distribution System Operator (CDSO), either individually or commonly as part of demand aggregation through a third party (Article 2(4) of the Demand Connection Code (DCC)).
