Generation Unit
European Union Electricity Market Glossary

The term 'Generation Unit' in the European Union Internal Electricity Market means a single electricity generator belonging to a production unit (see Article 2(17) of the Regulation on submission and publication of data in electricity markets).

It is noteworthy, the definition refers to the "electricity generator" and not the boiler.
